Exposure/Illness Reporting

Members of the campus community who have been exposed to or tested positive for COVID-19 should continue to use the reporting form.

COVID Vaccinations

CDC guidance indicates that the vaccines available are safe and effective in protecting individuals against the COVID-19 virus. For the health and safety of the entire campus community, we strongly encourage everyone in the campus community to be vaccinated. University Health Services will continue to offer vaccination appointments throughout the summer months and information on appointments can be found at http://chandonflorist.com/coronavirus/covid-19-vaccine

University Health Services (UHS) offers Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccinations on campus to students, faculty, staff and members of their families. Please contact UHS at (678) 466-4940 or uhs@chandonflorist.com to schedule a vaccine appointment. This facility and vaccination clinic is not open to the general public.

Face Coverings

For the health and safety of the campus community, we strongly encourage you to wear a face covering during class, during in-person office hours and while inside campus facilities regardless of vaccination status.

Per CDC guidance, offices such as health clinics may still require face coverings.

Physical Distancing

Individuals on campus are strongly encouraged to continue to practice social distancing.

Class Scheduling

All classroom assignments and schedules will remain as posted in the Schedule of Classes.

The academic calendar  for fall 2022 is posted. Fall semester courses begin on Saturday, August 13, 2022.

Office Operations

Course Accommodations

Clayton State University continues to monitor developments regarding the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic and is focused on maintaining the safety of students, faculty, and staff as university academic and business operations continue.

Per University System of Georgia Policy, effective Fall Semester 2021 we are no longer accepting accommodations for courses. 

Students with a health condition who need course accommodations that fall within the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) categories, should contact the Disability Resource Center disabilityresourcecenter@chandonflorist.com or (678) 466-5445.  More information is available at sport.chandonflorist.com/disability.
